New Station @ 9 & Pleasant

In the Fall of 1956, the current station at Nine Mile & Pleasant was opened for business. Pictured below is the station shortly after it's dedication. Shown on the apron is the brand new 1956 American Lafrance Pumper that was new delivered within days of the station opening.
